LAKE LIFE WKND 031 we met with Val and Gary Jacobson during a photo shoot about cattle when we discovered their beautiful ranch on rolling hills in Lakes Country and wanted to capture their story about their Red Angus Beef operation. They grew up in Hitterdal near Ulen Minnesota and grew their family farm into a 4th generation cattle ranch. All their cattle is raised on grass pasture in the most scenic environment I have ever seen.
